2025-2026 Cheer Tryouts Announcement
We are excited to announce the Cheer Tryouts for the 2025-2026 season! Get ready to showcase your skills and join our cheer family!
Tryout Details:
• Tumble Tryouts: $60
• Stunt Tryouts: $60
Must attend both Tumble and Stunt tryouts.
• Level 1 (Birth Year 2019-2022) Tumble-Only Tryout
You may tryout for different levels, but we would prefer your Tumble level to match your Stunt level for the best team placement.
We can’t wait to see all of your hard work and enthusiasm! Mark your calendars and get ready to cheer for the upcoming season!

Private LEssonS
Overview
Our private tumbling lessons offer individualized instruction tailored to meet your specific needs and goals. Whether you're a beginner looking to master the basics or an advanced athlete aiming to perfect complex skills, our experienced coaches provide personalized guidance and feedback to help you progress efficiently and safely.
What to Expect:
- Personalized Coaching: One-on-one attention from a skilled coach who will assess your current skill level, identify areas for improvement, and create a customized lesson plan to help you achieve your tumbling goals.
- Skill Development: Focus on mastering essential tumbling skills. Advanced athletes can work on complex skill at the coaches discretion.
- Technique and Form: Detailed instruction on proper technique and form to enhance your performance and reduce the risk of injury. Emphasis is placed on body alignment, strength, and flexibility.
- Safety First: Our lessons prioritize safety with a strong emphasis on proper warm-up, conditioning, and the use of appropriate equipment. We ensure that all techniques are practiced in a safe and controlled environment.
What to Bring:
- Comfortable athletic wear (e.g., fitted shirt and shorts)
- Tumbling shoes or bare feet (depending on your preference)
- Water bottle to stay hydrated
Booking Information:
- Duration: Each private lesson is 30 minutes long.
- Rates: $35 for half and hour ($5 booking paid directly to gym. $30 paid directly to coach at the time of the private lesson.)
- Stunt privates and multi person: Please reach out to the office for stunt privates or private lessons with more than one person
