Must be very detail oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast paced environment.
Take direction well, but can also take initiative.
Be flexible with multi-layered job duties.
Assist customers and families at the front desk.
Answer phones, messages, emails.
Use class management software to post fees, enroll students, create family accounts, process payments, keep family accounts up to date, generate reports.
Must be confident in Gmail, and other computer programs.
Treat the facility with care and consideration by engaging and completing assigned cleaning tasks.

Coach, mentor, and be a positive (and fun!) influence to children while coaching skills and demonstrating safe spotting techniques for ages 5 and up.
Treat the facility with care and consideration by engaging and completing assigned cleaning tasks.
Take attendance and keep updated rosters and headcount.
Track skills and notate skills/levels in student accounts.
Attend monthly staff clinics and meetings.
Ability to stand, kneel, stoop, crouch, and climb to assist an athlete.
Ability to move mats & equipment including the strength to push or pull 75 pounds, and lift or carry 50+ pounds.
