Gold Medal Day

We are excited to announce that our Gold Medal Day will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2025, and we want YOU to be part of this special event!

This event is open to all Girls and Boys Recreational Gymnasts in our program. It’s a fantastic opportunity for your gymnast to showcase all the hard work and progress they’ve made throughout the year.

Event Details:

  • Date: Saturday, May 10, 2025
  • Time: 12:00 PM
  • Cost: $40 (includes a custom leotard for girls or a t-shirt for boys)

Space is limited, so we encourage you to register as soon as possible to secure your gymnast’s spot. Registration is now open through the Parent Portal.

Gymnastics Classes

Preschool Age Classes

Preschool classes begin at age 18 months to 5 years old. Once they turn 5 they will move into our boys or girls recreational classes.


We have 3 different preschool classes :


Parent & Tot - 18 months old to 2 yrs old

Super Tots - 3 yrs old

Mighty Tots - 4 yrs old

Gymnastics Private lessons

Unlock your full potential in gymnastics with our tailored private lessons! Whether you’re a beginner looking to build a strong foundation or an advanced gymnast aiming to perfect your routines, our expert coaches provide individualized instruction to help you achieve your goals.

What We Offer:

  • Customized Training: Each lesson is designed to focus on your specific needs and skill level. We’ll work with you to address your strengths and areas for improvement, ensuring a personalized approach to your development.
  • Expert Coaching: Learn from highly qualified coaches with extensive experience in gymnastics. Our instructors are dedicated to helping you refine techniques, master new skills, and build confidence.
  • Flexible Scheduling: Choose lesson times that fit your busy schedule. We offer flexible options to ensure you can get the training you need without disrupting your other commitments.
  • Safe and Supportive Environment: Our priority is your safety and progress. We provide a supportive atmosphere where you can practice, learn, and grow with confidence.

Booking Information:

  • Duration: Each private lesson is 30 minutes long.
  • Rates: $35 for half and hour ($5 booking paid directly to gym. $30 paid directly to coach at the time of the private lesson.)
